You agree to regularly review these Terms of Use to verify whether they have been changed, as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changed items.
Cafe Britt Refer a Friend Program Terms
With Cafe Britt’s Refer a Friend Program, both referrers and those being referred to Cafe Britt are eligible to earn free coffee. Participating in the program requires users to submit personal information that may include but is not limited to their name and email address, and those of their friends. Those who participate also agree to receive communications from Cafe Britt. Such communications may include marketing communications, account/shipping confirmations and updates about Cafe Britt.
Cafe Britt Refer a Friend Program participation requires that users be 18 years of age or older. Upon participation in the program, you will receive a personal referral link. Links are only available to individuals; companies may not participate in the program.
Cafe Britt reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Cafe Britt management also reserves the right to remove participants from the program for violating these guidelines or abusing the program.
Qualified Referrals
In order for a Referrer to be credited with a Qualified referral, the order must include at least 3 bags of Cafe Britt Coffee.
Earning Free Coffee
Each referrer will receive one (1) coupon for a bag of quality gourmet Cafe Britt coffee for every three (3) qualifying referrals made. The type of coffee will be determined by Cafe Britt.
The maximum referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 50 qualified Referrals. In the event of a return or cancellation made by the Referred Customer, the same shall be deducted from the Referrer's account.
Link Distribution
By participating in the Cafe Britt Program, users will receive a personal link to distribute to family and friends. Sending out the link via a bulk distribution format or sending it unsolicited to strangers is strictly prohibited and will result in the user’s removal from the program. Any email sent out that appears to be commercial in nature or SPAM will also result in the user’s removal from the program and the deactivation of the referral link.
