Costa Rica has one of the richest biodiversities in the world. The country’s waters are also home to several critically endangered species, including the leatherback turtle — the featured animal in each of our dark chocolate truffle packs. Costa Rica is one of the main nesting places for these species, particularly the Las Baulas Marine National Park in Guanacaste.

Through our product, Café Britt aims to raise awareness about the efforts to preserve the habitats of turtles and other marine fauna. That way, more people can eventually offer help to the institutions that protect these wildlife species.
