Creamy, tropical, and indulgent, Embrujo de Guayaba blends espresso, guava, chocolate, and a smooth frozen texture that feels both nostalgic and timeless.

Ingredients (16 oz serving)

• 2 espressos (3 oz total), prepared with Café Britt Espresso Roast

• 2 oz Milk

• 200–250 g Ice

• 60g Ice Cream

• 1.5 oz Raspberry Syrup

• Dark Chocolate Covered Guava

• 4–4.5 oz water

• Whipped cream, for decoration

How to Make Embrujo de Guayaba

1. Prepare two espressos (3 oz total) using Café Britt Espresso and set aside.

   

2. In a blender, add milk, ice, ice cream, raspberry syrup, water and dark chocolate covered guava.

   

3. Add the prepared espresso.

   

4. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

   

5. Pour the mixture into a 16 oz glass.

   

6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with dark chocolate covered guava.

   

7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
