We visited Costa Rica a few years ago and I have been ordering coffee from Cafe Britt every since. This one is my favorite. I don't like strong or bitter coffee, and this one is just right.

We visited Costa Rica in 1999. I've been ordering Cafe Britt coffee online ever since. Everyone loves my coffee and asks me what is my brand of coffee. I tell them Cafe Britt - I import it!

4.0 Shade Grown Organic

After having visited the Cafe Britt facility last year and tasted the world's best coffee, I have had nothing else since. Each time I order, I try something new. I found the Shade Grown Organic to be smooth and pleasing, but not as full bodied as I prefer. I prefer the richer flavors of Tarrazu gourmet coffee , Tres  Rios Valdivia gourmet coffee and Poas Volcanic Earth coffee, but am not unhappy experimenting with each order!

5.0 The best coffee I've ever tasted

My wife and I fell in love with this gourmet coffee on our honeymoon in Costa Rica. A hot cup with some cream and a little turbinado sugar can not be beat. We will drink nothing else, and enjoy it every day. Hello Cafe Britt! Please do try it.

I love the rich full taste of this coffee, bought 10 bags of it to make sure I don't run out so soon. When grinding the beans fresh each day the aroma and taste can't be beated!

Café Britt has been cultivating and processing certified organic coffee since 1991. Dark roasted, Café Britt Organic is harvested from plantations that use 100% organic materials to improve and fertilize the soil. In this way, soil quality is ensured, and ground water protected. The coffee bushes flourish under the shady embrace of native tree species, which increases the plantation’s biodiversity by attracting migrating birds and other animals. This makes for long-term sustainability of the region’s agro-ecosystem.

We combine coffees from four key growing regions to craft this remarkable blend. The Central Valley produces an especially hard-bean coffee for year-round consistent flavor. The elongated beans of the West Valley ensure a balanced cup. The beans of Orosi add a lighter note, and those from the Brunca region contribute a fresh, lively taste.
