Great gift, except for shipping to Hawaii

A great gift - we like the choco-wheel and have selected our favorites to buy bigger bags next time! The coffee is always perfect and better than the famous Hawaiian brands. The only downside for us is high shipping costs to Hawaii, and it would be more affordable if there were an option to ship with the US Postal Service.
