COCOA MINT COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of cold Britt coffee
  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream
  • 1/4 cup crème de menthe wafers
  • Chocolate shavings

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix coffee, ice cream and crème de menthe in a blender on low speed.
  • Spoon into sherbet glasses and garnish with a mint wafer and chocolate shavings.
