How to enter

It's really simple. Any Cafe e Britt purchase you make between March 1, 2010 and May 31 in the following 2 ways:

Online by visiting www.cafebritt.com (the "Website")

By calling 1-800-GO-BRITT (1-800-462-7488) will be automatically activated to participate.

Your order amount will not affect your chances of winning.

When you enter at the Website, you may be asked if you wish to receive informational emails from Cafe Britt with new products, promotions or newsletters. We respect and protect your privacy so opting-in to receive such e-mails is completely optional and will not affect your chances of participating in the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes period: This sweepstakes will begin at 0:01 MT Time on March 1, 2010 and run until 11:59 p.m. MT on May 31, 2010.

Rules

Eligibility: Cafe Britt's "From your cup to our plantation Sweepstakes" is open to everyone in any country who is at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

Neither employees, officers nor representatives of Cafe Britt and its respective parent companies and subsidiaries, nor members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are eligible for participation.

Participation in Cafe Britt's "From your cup to our plantation Sweepstake" constitutes your agreement to these Official Rules.

Prizes cannot be substituted for cash or other payment methods. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. There will be one"From your cup to our plantation Sweepstakes" prize awarded per person.

Grand Prize Drawing: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible purchases placed during the Sweepstakes Period on or about June 20, 2010 at Cafe Britt. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or overnight delivery service.

General Conditions: Prize Winners will be announced on or about June 20, 2010. If Cafe Britt is unable to contact the potential winner within thirty days of the initial attempt, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winners' Names: On or about June 20, 2010 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize and Case prize winners by visiting www.cafebritt.com.

Release: By receipt of any prize, winner accepts prize under his own responsibility and agrees to release and hold harmless Cafe Britt, and any promotional partners, subsidiaries and related companies, and each of its respective officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting directly of indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, medical insurance expenses, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.

This promotion will be executed and ruled according to the laws of Costa Rica.
