The consistency of the nuts is remarkable. No over ripe or dark colored nuts ever found. They are very chewable. Salted perfectly or coated with just the right amount of milk chocolate. The flavors blend nicely, so you just want to suck on them for a while before biting through. There is little chance of the nuts ever being used in cooking, since they are such a special treat as a snack. If it is not broken, don't try to fix it.

Salted Gourmet Macadamia Nuts by Café Britt are my favorite snack. Whenever I order a case of coffee I make sure to get at least 6 bags of Macadamia Nuts jsut for myself. I've tried other Macadamia nuts at the store but none compare to Cafe Britts so I stopped trying them. I've become a Salted Gourmet Macadamia Nuts by Café Britt snob.
