So many great Cafe Britt coffees...how to choose just one? I've been buying Cafe Britt coffees by the case for several years since we discovered it while on a cruise that stopped in Costa Rica. It has been a difficult decision, but I've finally started ordering Costa Rica Espresso almost exclusively (along with my Tres Rios) because it makes such rich tasting lattes. I am addicted and cannot start my day without one. I order only the whole beans which I coarsely grind each a.m. when I make the latte using a French Press and a miniature milk frother. I take these with me where ever I go so I always have my morning latte no matter where I am. I didn't think it could get any better, but with my last order you included a free Gourmet Hot Cocoa mix. I added some of that to my coarse ground Espresso beans and voila!...a mocha latte! Not for everyday, but so wonderful on an occasional afternoon for relazing. Thank you. By the way I loved the letter from the president and I'm proud to say that I always "surprise" my fresh ground beans with hot water in a French Press!

My husband and I use the whole bean espresso for our regular coffee. It makes a full bodied cup of coffee with bold taste.

We use these espresso beans in a super-automatic machine, which grinds the beans and immediately serves espresso. The beans grind smoothly, and provide a rich, dark coffee, without the bitterness of some espresso roasts. The espresso arrives with a thick crema and tastes smooth, with or without milk or cream. Highly enjoyable!

We first discovered your coffee at a B&B in Oregon. Now we operate a B&B ourselves and visitors who rave about the coffee get a free bag - it's got the 800 number on it so they can order when they get back home. Your coffee has been a part of our household for over 6 years. This year, your coffee was even part of the Christmas packages I sent out with cookies and banana bread!There is great care put in your product...from planting, to harvesting, to roasting, [...]. We even liked the funny article written by the president about going home for the holidays and noticed that his company's coffee tasted bitter because his mom froze it! The coffee was purchased as a gift for my boss who recently discovered the joys of coffee drinking. He was very pleased. As for myself, I love my Cafe Britt!
I used to travel to Costa Rica frequently and brought home a case of assorted coffee each trip. I hadn't been to Costa Rica for over a year and was really missing my Cafe Britt espressos in the a.m. Cafe Britt is much smoother and richer than any beans I purchase at home and by ordering online, also less expensive!
Living in South Florida we have access to every type of cafe con leche and have tried them all. Cafe Britt Expresso with steamed lowfat milk and a touch of half and half has the smoothest, richest taste we have encountered. My husband is seriously addicted and goes through withdrawl whenever we travel!

We tried numerous 'gourmet' coffee found in the US but there's nothing like Cafe Britt's coffees. They arrive smooth, tasty, absolutely no bitterness regardless of the strength used, and without an oily texture to clog up our Saeco espresso machine. We mix this half-and-half with the decaffinated Britt coffee.
I drink expresso throughout the day but it still allows me a restful and full night's sleep. It beats Starbucks hands down!

We have weekly meetings about every other week of groups which with which we work and arrange trips to South America, especially Brazil. Several years ago we toured the plantation while in Costa Rica and were impressed with the care given the coffee from the planting to the processing. [...]
This coffee was perfect after a long day working or maybe even best early morning before I tackle a long day of tax preparation. This coffee is the best I have ever found and I have tried about a dozen of your flavors. A few grains of nutmeg makes this another fabulous coffee.

we purchased a jura capresso machine last year that grinds and brews espresso and find that cafe britt espresso is the best coffe bean to use for flavor,crema, and quality. other dark or french roast beans stick together and won't go into the grinder and often tast burnt or bitter.

Tried this espresso while visiting Costa Rica 10 years ago and loved it. Was delighted to find it available on the internet, and for the last few years have purchased it regularly by the case.
I own a small commercial expresso machine. My best results have been from using selective water, i.e bottled spring water. If you have a favorite brand and your coffee maker has a self contained water holder, try it, it makes a wonderful difference.

We bought the expresso French press and coffee cup set from your gift shop while touring your company. Our expresso time reminds us of your wonderful country and it's people. We have some everyday and it transports us back to Costa Rica and our time there.

We love Cappucinos in the morning when the weather is wet and cold. (Which is most days here in the Northwest.) After trying other coffee (yes, even some from Europe)we find Cafe Britt Espresso Grind the most enjoyable for its smooth, rich taste, aroma and full body.

In our taste comparisons, Café Britt Espresso continues to be the top pick over other Costa Rican, Kenyan, Jamaican, Sumatran, Kona, and Italian coffees. Very smooth and flavorful. Add a chocolate biscotti and it is truly sinful.

This is my absolute favorite espresso! It has a smooth taste, lovely aroma and a lovely finish. I drink it every morning!
Cafe Britt delivers a great well balanced espresso blend with a roast that is rich and dark, but not burnt! Its also a very forgiving blend in that if you do not have a high end espresso machine, you can still get a good shot of espresso with a creamy crema every time. I enjoy mine straight up, or with some steamed milk... and its great any time of the day.

I've tried other brands, incl. imported from Italy, and this is the best espresso I have tasted. It's strong, a real pick-me-up, and not bitter. If the price was less, I would buy more.
My son brought us this coffee back after a trip to Costa Rica. We enjoyed it so much[...]. Just so smooth and full-bodied without any bitter taste.
I have a lever-type home espresso machine,a La Pavoni, that we use instead of a coffee pot. I make 2 to 6 cups of espresso a day. The espresso is full flavored but with a mild almost chocolate undertone. This coffee makes other well thought of and much more expensive espresso coffees (we aren't suppose to name names here) available in the United States tastes flat and a bit burnt in comparison. Wonderful stuff and for such quality it is a bargain, even with the shipping included!!!
This is the best tastin product I have found. I wish I could buy the product locally rather than having to place large orders. I always buy Britt Espresso when I am in Costa Rica and bring it back.
