I suffer from chronic heartburn and coffee is usually off limits to me. While traveling to Costa Rica recently I purchased a bag of Tarrazu Montecielo coffee. This coffee smelled so wonderful that I had to have a cup. Much to my surprise it had no ill effects on my stomach. I love it and ordered more. I can drink coffee again!
After tasting many types of coffees, I thought I'd have to stick to the German Jakobs ground coffee that can only be purchased in military commissaries here in the States. Then we traveled to Costa Rica and discovered Terrazu Montecielo. What a pleasant surprise! The coffee excels in many ways, taste, body, finish. No bitterness. And I don't have to add extra scoops to the pot to make sure it's strong enough. Bravo, Cafe Britt!

I really enjoy this coffee. I have shared this coffee with family, friends and my business clients. I've even incorporated it into my retail store (and I do not sell food products!!) It has a smooth, aromatic taste. Try it.
I used to just drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning, ever since I got home from Costa Rica last April and brought home coffee. I drink at least 3 cups a day!! I use it as my reward for getting my house cleaned, dinner made, and just because I like it.
I ran out so I bought the Starbucks want to be, and will never ever buy it again. There is no way it can even compare!!!!!

Do you feel slow as a sloth in the mornings? You won't with Cafe Britt's coffees. Any of their fine coffees will help get you off to a productive morning, but my favorite is Tarrazu Montecielo.
The flavor of the coffee is consistently good. We mostly drink coffee in the morning but it is also great when we occasionally brew a pot after dinner when we entertain. I also include a bag in gifts at Christmas. The convenience of ordering online is a plus.
It's great to get up in the morning and relax with a great cup of coffee. The wonderful aroma sets the mood for the rest of the day. This is by far the coffee of choice for me.

My introduction to Tarrazu came at our cruise ship's stop in Costa Rica. The coffee on the ship was awful! What a contrast when we tasted the coffee at your store!!!!! I immediately signed up to have 20 bags mailed to me and have been renewing that order regularly for the past 3 years. It's a wonderful way to wake up in the morning. After I told some friends about the Terrazu, they tasted some on their cruise and have also been ordering it mailed to them regularly. I'm so glad we're all so happy with it, as well as with your prompt response to orders. Please keep up the good work!

This is the best coffee I've ever tasted. I have travelled the world sampling coffees and was suprised to find my favorite in Costa Rica! It is rich, smooth, full bodied with low acidity and a delicious aroma and taste which lingers sip by sip. It is wonderful with the morning paper or the morning duties (I am an attorney and love drinking it while I ponder over my cases for the day). It is also a wonderful pick me up later in the afternoon. It has a unique taste and everyone I've made it for can recognize that it is a special coffee.

I never liked coffee until trying the coffee from Coffee Britt. I have been won over and never start the day without several cups of coffee. It is never bitter, but complements my morning breakfast. It is a great start to a special day.

I have to have this particular flavor everyday. I love the whole bean but if I am traveling, I grind some up and take it with me to make fresh in the hotel room.

I keep a supply of Cafe Britt Tarrazu Montecielo beans always ready. We enjoy it every day for breakfast (yes, every day for the past several years) and for an energizing mid-afternoon pick-me-up. In the evenings, I mix it with Cafe Britt Decaf for a soothing after-dinner treat. Its flavor is rich but not overpowering. It's a solid "honest" coffee - it doesn't taste burned or bitter like some "gourmet" coffees. Guests at my home are impressed by "my" coffee - recently one friend asked for the empty bag just to inhale and savor the aroma of the beans while the coffee brewed!

Our very large aerospace company hails from land of a large worldwide coffee stores and thus that is what it is served in the company. However at this branch in So. California I introduced our department to Britt Dark Roast and Tarrazu. End of story. We have not seen one of the other beans in this area since.
We alternate the product so we can get both flavors. I travel to CR on vacation every six months and buy the product for export from your store. However Tarrazu seems to be the favorite because of the aroma and smooth taste.

I really enjoy Terrazu blends from amny manufacturers and Cafe Britts stand up and is better tham most others on the market. I also appreciate that it is readily available where as many other vendors only have Terrazu seasonally. The flavor of this coffee is excellent with a fantastiv aroma during brewing. I love this coffee especially in a press.

The only negative thing I have to say is that now we don't enjoy the taste of other coffee when we eat out or dine with friends. We first tasted Cafe Britt products on a trip to Costa Rica last year and now order all of our coffee from Cafe Britt. This is our favorite though we like other flavors occasionally, like the mild roasted.

I'm a coffee lover for years. I always start my day with a good cup of Costarican coffee than after lunch another cup to keep my energy level up. Costarican coffee is the best in the world and the region where this coffee grows, Tarrazú, add to it all elements that a good coffee needs: aroma, body,taste...because of the perfect climate conditions. The only thing that is not so great is the price what limit my use for a special ocasion or when my friends come to my house. They know that the only thing that never is missing in my kitchen is a good coffee from Costa Rica or Peru.
As a rule I don't drink coffee so I don't even know what words to use to describe it. Usually, it is either too strong, too weak or very bitter. My wife normally had 2-3 cups of any major brand in the morning. A woman in a gift shop at the San Jose airport poured me a cup before I had a chance to decline. I politely sipped the brew and was absolutely surprised. I asked for another cup and brought home two bags of Tarrazu Montecielo. Now I'll have a cup in the morning with my wife and she won't drink anything else.
Every morning I have a wonderful cup of Cafe Britt at home. And now, my costumers at Rumberos Restaurant in Washington DC will enjoy one, too. Thank you, Cafe Britt, for bringing the best beans of Costa Rican coffee to my restaurant and the world!

I love the Quetzel on the package too! It reminds me that we will have to go back again to get to see it, we only got to hear it the first time we traveled there.

There isn't anything wrong with Tarrazu. It's all we serve in our home. I take a bag on vacations, when I attend trade shows...wherever I go.
I even bring some to the workplace to share with special clients and friends.
The Terrazu Montecielo comes through with a rich, full flavor, that carries from the first sip through the aftertaste with little to no bitterness. It truely tastes as though it comes from the mountain heavens!

This is a very smooth and flavourful coffee. A co-worker brought some to a function and I was duly impressed. I promptly ordered some for myself and have not looked back since. There wil be many other Cafe Britt orders in the future!
I order Tarrazu about every 6 months. A full order of 20 bags lasts that long if people don'tbeg for bags for themselves till they can orger thier own.I lose more bags that way sometimes than I drink.My brother and I discovered Tarrazu when we were in Costa Rico 3 yrs ago and won't drink anything else.

Four years ago, my daughter and son-in-law brought us a gift of Cafe Britt Tarrazu after returning from their honeymoon in Costa Rica. We have never gone back to any other coffee! We order by the case. And it must be catching on in the neighborhood because the DHL delivery person says her truck smells wonderful due to the aroma of all the Cafe Britt coffee orders she delivers!

I used to think there was nothing better than Folger's or Maxwell House until I ordered and tasted Costa Rica Tarrazu Montecielo. I have travelled to Costa Rica many times and tour Cafe Britt. I always ask for this coffee as I am hooked on it's wonderful flavor. It has to be by far the best coffee this side of everywhere. I can honestly say there is nothing that I don't like about this coffee. Way to go Cafe Britt!
