great morning coffee

I found Cafe Britt on a cruise ship ! I fell in love with the smooth clean taste of the coffee, and ordered 2 cases to be delivered to my home in Pennsylvania. We were barely home until the first case was sitting on the door step. I delight in grinding the beans, and savoring the aroma, even before the first sip. It really gives my mornings a kick start. My Friends and Family are thrilled with the coffee I serve, and amazed that it's delivered to my door directly from the plantation. It's freshness and quality superceeds all other brands.

This is my favorite coffee. The aroma from this coffee is wonderful. This coffee is amazingly smooth with a complex array of tastes that leave me wanting more. When I order my case of coffee from Cafe Britt, Tarrazu and Poas coffee's make up 85% of my order. The Poas and Tarrazu coffees have turned everyone I have given a bag to into coffee snobs. This coffee is a coffee connoisseur’s delight.

i have lived all over the world, including in some of the famous cafe places on the planet. i even mail ordered internationally cafe beans from my favorite sources at that particular time and place. and after all of that over the years, i came back again and again to Britt Cafe Poas. and now, that is the only bean i will grind and sip, allowing cafe Poas' gorgeous smell and real cafe taste to grace my mornings' mediations and my evenings' pleasure!

My new favorite! I used to exclusively buy the dark roast (green bag), which I still enjoy very much. Poas Volcanic Earth satisfies my need for a full-bodied, dark roast coffee while adding a layer of smoothness and light overtones.
