OMG, these are so good! Too good, in fact. I ate half the bag and made my husband take the rest to work just so I wouldn't finish it off!

I received a bag as a gift. The Chocolate is great, and good coffee flavor, but it takes hours to get the coffee beans out of your mouth. When you finish it is like the experience after drinking poorly filtered coffee. I found this site looking for information on it's caffeine content. That should be on the bag, or at least on the site.

I lived off of these amazing things in Costa Rica! They were the only thing that kept me sane around my buddies in a foreign country. they leave the best after taste that keeps your mouth watering for hours. Two thumbs up to you amazing chocolate geniuses.

I recieved these as a brithday gift. I was really excited because I love chocolate covered coffee beans, and I received 6 bags. After eating a few, though, I'm disappointed. The chocolate is good but it's a moot point if the beans are too hard. They don't have a good coffee flavor, because you can't chew them up. And your mouth and teeth are left with little bean shards to finish.

Both coffee and cacao beans have a long history in Costa Rica. Hundreds of years ago cacao beans were first used as currency by indigenous tribes. Before the introduction of coffee in the early 1700s, cacao was already a major crop in Costa Rica. Today, it is still grown in the lowlands where plenty of rainfall nurtures the trees.

Café Britt has combined these two beans that are not only native to our country but also universally adored by many. Café Britt espresso beans are carefully chosen by our coffee experts and then slow-roasted bringing the bean’s natural oils and sugar to the surface. The roasted bean is then coated in creamy dark chocolate.
