5.0 "best tasting coffee I ever had"

by Cindy from Brooksville, Florida Usa on Jun 4, 2009

every morning my husband and I have this coffee, we have tried all the flavors but this one is our favorite, everytime someone comes over, we make a pot of coffee and they love it, wants to know where we get it from, how much does it cost. and can they take some home with them, which we do give them some. my mother in law loves your coffee, every time she comes by, she ask me "can you make a pot of that good coffee that you have", and off course we do, doesn't matter how late in the evening it is, and we don't have a problem getting to sleep at night either. Thanks for the great tasting coffee.

5.0 NOTHING COMPARES TO THIS

by Bev from Chatsworth,ca on May 13, 2009

MY FRIEND OWNS A HOTEL IN COSTA RICA. SHE GOES THERE TWICE A YEAR. MY ONLY REQUEST IS THAT SHE BRING BACK CAFE BRITT! SHE HAS PREVIOUSLY BROUGHT YOUR DARK ROAST--WHICH IS DELICIOUS--BUT THIS TIME SHE PURCHASED THE TRES RIOS VALDIVIA WHICH I'VE ENJOYED EVEN MORE. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO START MY MORNING!!

5.0 Super smooth and creamy

by Empress Of Coffee from Mundelein, Illinoius on May 7, 2009

POAS is good too, but TRES RIOS is the favorite. All the caffeinated coffees are excellent. Do not drink non-caffeine. We are anxious o go back to Costa Rica and the coffee plantation for a 'refresher course'. We now buy regularly on-line. Use for gifts also - the comments about this coffee are very positive and we're getting hints for the next Christmas Season.

A Fresh Morning Caress

A must try for coffee lovers who crave the best. Backed by two centuries of expertise and nurtured amid cool volcanic mountains and an ideal climate, the coffees of the Tres Rios region are considered "the Bordeaux" of Costa Rica. Dark roasted, the penetrating, honey-nut aroma of Café Britt Tres Rios compliments the hints of plum and allspice in its elegant, complex flavor. This coffee caresses the palate with a memorable soft and friendly finish.

  • 100% Arabica SHB (Strictly Hard Bean).
  • Kosher certified.

Coffee Connoisseur

Start your day just once with this lively coffee and you’ll be hooked! These beans hail from a tiny region steeped in 150 years of coffee-growing tradition. Tres Rios is renowned for producing some of the world’s best coffee.

What makes it so special? A high-mountain climate, marked wet and dry seasons, and soils enriched by the Irazu Volcano provide nature’s optimum conditions for growing fine coffee.

This dark roast is a bit softer and more balanced. It fills your cup with a lively snap that’s bright enough for morning, but rich and complex enough to enjoy all day. Tres Rios Valdivia is a perfect single-origin taste experience.  Simply superb!
