5.0 A taste of HEAVEN ON EARTH!

I love the taste and aroma of the this coffee. It is not bitter and yet you know you have had a cup of coffee ONCE you have tasted it! I had it for the first time in the mid 90's and I have loved it ever since that time. when I am able to purchase it, I SAVOR THE FLAVOR and it takes me back to Costa Rica momentarily! I become a mental traveler and remember the exciting times of seeing how the coffee grows. I actually picked some coffee beans and was shown how the coffee is processed! It WAS WONDERFUL and IS WONDERFULLY MADE IN EVERY WAY FROM THE PLANTING TO THE HARVEST!!! Everyone needs to try this coffee for it truly is a taste of HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!

I have now been buying this coffee exclusively for 11 years and would not use anything else. One of the great things about this coffee is that you can't find it in stores, I love to serve it to guests for a new experience. It is fantastic to cook with, it blends so well with chocolate and adds great flavor to baked goods and adult drinks.

Britt’s Costa Rican Dark Roast is the reason the why world loves Costa Rican coffee – its taste is as enticing as its aroma.  Our experts select the beans for this classic blend from different parts of the Central Valley, where a combination of climate and soil produce the world’s best coffees.

The Central Valley’s high altitude causes the beans to mature more slowly. This makes them harder and less porous. Hard-bean coffees have higher acidity — a quality that brings out the coffee’s greatest aromatic features.  Hard beans also stand up well to a darker roast.
