This is my coffee of choice, always smooth, full bodied and simply the best I have ever tasted. First sampled on a trip to Costa Rica (you have to like it when your hotel gives you THIS to try in the room's coffepot)I can't count how many bags I have given away to friends to share the bounty. You will never go back to more expensive coffee shop (burnt) blends after trying this one.

5.0 World Class Premium Coffee

I have had the pleasure of traveling and working in Kenya, Indonesia, Hawaii, Colombia, Brazil and Costa Rica. I have tasted all of the premium coffees from these countries and find that nothing compares to the Cafe Britt Dark Roast. When we turn on our combined coffee grinder/brewer in the morning, the whole house with filled with a delicious aroma that can't be beat.

I really enjoy this coffee. I use it at home.At work in my coffee press it is wonderfull no matter waht way I make it. I have many co workers at work that BEG me to Share with them. I work Swing shift at a major utility and there are times we work extra hours due to operational needs.So you can imagine how important it is to have an AWESOME coffee to drink ..

Britt’s Costa Rican Dark Roast is the reason the why world loves Costa Rican coffee – its taste is as enticing as its aroma.  Our experts select the beans for this classic blend from different parts of the Central Valley, where a combination of climate and soil produce the world’s best coffees.

The Central Valley’s high altitude causes the beans to mature more slowly. This makes them harder and less porous. Hard-bean coffees have higher acidity — a quality that brings out the coffee’s greatest aromatic features.  Hard beans also stand up well to a darker roast.
