5.0 Cafe Britt rocks

Every year we have to order coffee beans from Cafe Britt for our grown up children. We visited Costa Rica and brought home beans a couple of years ago, and now the kids won't let us stop. One daughter loves the espresso roast the best! We like them, too, of course, so we get plenty of bags for everyone.

5.0 A Wonderful Espresso

Picked up a bag of this coffee (beans) on my trip to the Britt Plantation and finally decided to taste it. I have been drinking Espresso since early childhood (an Italian thing!) so I can say I have alot of experience with Espresso. I don't know what Britt has done here, but this is "hands down" the absolute best espresso I have ever tasted. The bitterness is very controlled (all espresso can get bitter because of the longer roasting process), it is not too oily, and yet still keeps a full bodied coffee flavor. Bravo Britt!

I always include a few bags of esspresso whole beans for my barber who loves this stuff! I prefer the dark roast ground, but it takes all kinds.

5.0 Espresso Roast

I prefer the dark roast coffees and have been brewing Cafe Britt for more than 5 years now. I recently purchased the Costa Rican Espresso Roast which I had shied away from for fear that it would be too strong a cup of brewed coffee. Boy was I wrong! This is the absolute best that Cafe Britt has to offer if you like a rich cup of coffee. I have tried them all now including the new Mexican gourmet coffees and again, this is the best in my book.
