This is the smoothest espresso that I have ever made. Its full bodied and very flavorful without being the least bit bitter. Tastes like LIQUID VELVET.

4.0 Espresso To Die For

When I sat in Costa Rica at the plantation and drank your espresso coffee, I was in heaven. After returning to Canada I could not get the taste of this coffee out of my mind. I went on line and have been ordering your espresso coffee ever since. I buy the ground espresso in bulk and everyone I know loves this coffee. Some of our workers can not stand regular coffee any more -- it tastes like water with color. The only thing that is bad about your coffee is that I always have to order lots to keep us going and it has to be trucked to me.

I've traveled all over the world and bought coffee in all the places that are known for coffee. I was on a quest to find the best coffee in the world. I LOVE Britt Coffe from Costa Rica. I buy the packages for my friends for gifts and I order coffee over the internet when I can't get to Costa Rica. If I go there I always pack light so I can bring home plenty to store in my freezer and a few bags for friends. Thank you for an amazing coffee. I will always be a fan.

5.0 Great Taste, Smooth Blend in every cup!

Cafe Britt's Espresso Beans are a suprise treat! Great in an espresso, but not too strong in normal cup of coffee. It's rich, full body is a welcome start to my day, or a relaxing end to one. Without a doubt one of my favorite Cafe Britt coffees!

Many people mistakenly believe that espresso is a particular variety of coffee. Espresso results from the process of roasting and brewing.

The best espresso comes from high-quality, well-roasted beans, finely ground and pressure-brewed in an espresso machine.  Properly brewed, the “small shot” is crowned with a layer of rich, dark-golden cream or crema.  

The Café Britt Costa Rica Espresso blend begins with the finest beans from Costa Rica’s Central Valley.  We dark roast the beans until their natural oils and sugar rise to the surface.  The result is an espresso with a fruity flavor that hints of apple and wild flowers.
