Received a bag as a gift from a Costa Rican friend. I absolutely loved it! Nice presentation, original flavor combination, great taste and quality... just the best chocolate I've tasted in a long time!

A hotel in Costa Rica put these on my pillow and I fell in love. I bought 6 bags before I left the country and I am sooo excited to see that I can order more online when I run out of these. Everyone I know that I've given them to loves them. Good job, Britt! What a delicious treat!

It's a great combination of two flavors; a perfect layer of rich dark chocolate with the sweet fruit of guava. It's not too sweet, just perfect!

We first had these chocolates in Costa Rica an I fell in love with them. I brought bags back for sorority sisters, and now it is a staple sweet snack for all of us. You are guaranteed to love this!

The fruit jelly is wonderfully flavorful and fresh-tasting. The chocolate is the perfect complement. I also love the packaging - resealable bags, or nice tins with an inner lid. I find these perfect as a little chocolate delight after dinner - light, and you can just have a few and know the rest will keep well til another day.

Chocolate Connoisseur

Guava is one of the most gregarious of fruit trees, growing in many places around the world and almost universally known by its common English name. Known as guayaba in Spanish, the small fruit is thought to have originated near southern Mexico and throughout Central America.

Of the fruit’s more than 150 varieties, one is commonly known as the Costa Rican guava. White, fragrant flowers precede the round, yellow-skinned fruit. Inside, the flesh of the guava is highly acidic and naturally high in pectin, which is perfect for jelly making. Known for its strong, sweet fragrance, the flavor of the fruit is reminiscent of strawberry and pear.
