1.0 Aug order- chocolates melted into a lump

It was so disappointing the day the 4 pack arrived. 3 of the items were chocolate coated; each arrived as a large lump. I had to use a heavy object to pound them into pieces. It defeated the whole purpose of having placed the order which was to go to my office. Powdered products were ok. My whole reason for placing the order was for the chocolate covered beans. This business is clueless about shipping chocolates to the US. I'm not a satisfied customer.

Had a cup of Fair Trade at a friend's place and was instantly hooked. Immediately found it online and placed an order. Product was here a week before it's expected arrival!

1.0 CHOCOLATE COMPLETELY MELTED!!

Coffee was great, gave it as a gift, everyone enjoyed it. HOWEVER, I purchased the chocolate covered coffee beans as a gift and when it was received in the mail, it was completely melted and liquid. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. It was shipped with a tiny cold pack in 110 degree heat. I was unable to give these as a gift, as intended and my family was disappointed. I am not happy about the product I received and feel it should have been thought about more throroughly before shipping chocolate in the summer.
