We have received our second order from Cafe Britt, and we are very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. On our 1st order, we arranged while visiting in Costa Rica, arrived 5 days later at home. Some items had been damaged. We received replacement ones in 4 days, just by sending them an e-mail. Our second order of 25 products, arrived in 3 days, at our door! We enjoy the coffee everyday and we are certainly impressed with the service and attention we received. We plan to order again by summer's end and certainly for Christmas.

I have never been anything but pleased with Cafe Britt & it's products. I always recommend them to family & friends. My latest pleasant surprise from them was an ice pack to ensure the delicious dark chocolate did not melt off of those wonderful coffee beans in transit. Thank you for all you do!

Ever since my parents paid a visit to Costa Rica and had your coffee, we have been having your coffee shipped all the way to Japan as it is worthwhile the shipment. It arrives within a week too, so why by some other coffees here? We've just ordered some Peruvian coffee for the first time, so we look forward to tasting it soon :)
