Excellent service and products

We have received our second order from Cafe Britt, and we are very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. On our 1st order, we arranged while visiting in Costa Rica, arrived 5 days later at home. Some items had been damaged. We received replacement ones in 4 days, just by sending them an e-mail. Our second order of 25 products, arrived in 3 days, at our door! We enjoy the coffee everyday and we are certainly impressed with the service and attention we received. We plan to order again by summer's end and certainly for Christmas.

I recently received my 25 bag order and there was a minor error. I am very impressed with the speed, efficiency and pleasant nature that the error was corrected. It is not just the products that area great - and they are - but when a mistake occurs it is corrected very professionally. That action says more good things about Britt than I can put into words. Thank you.

Great Coffee!

I have never been anything but pleased with Cafe Britt & it's products. I always recommend them to family & friends. My latest pleasant surprise from them was an ice pack to ensure the delicious dark chocolate did not melt off of those wonderful coffee beans in transit. Thank you for all you do!

Ordering is always easy, coffee is always great, value is always superior! What's not to like? Just wish I could take the tour more often!

We have used this wonderful coffee since we visited your production facility in 2002. We will not buy anything else. It is the best coffee and the best value anywear.
